6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of Watchtower Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services during the term of your agreement.
7. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement:
- Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Prices may be adjusted with 30 days notice
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchtower Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Watchtower Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your security operations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, Australia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
